it's misleading as you only told half the story... pretty simple really..
They reduced their ownership....your post stated they increased their shares and without the full story one may assume they have become a bigger owner of the company when in all reality they have reduced their ownership....
You can spin it how you like but the fact is UBS now have less ownership in the company...
