Dude… if you’re going to post something at least read the whole article before copy pasting a snippet.
The article was regarding the purchase of 1.69 ha of industrial real estate- showing the increase in price of industrial assets not the valuation of a winemaking business. DW8 is NOT a purchaser of industrial real oestate nor are we a in the business of winemaking- we are a tech company without any real estate on the balance sheet… please note the 2MM NAV most of which is good will.
it does not forecast anything to come except for the continuing increase of industrial land values, and as a stretch, potentially the increase of winedepot warehouse rents hahahah
