unless you are being attacked, never be violent toward any human.
and in the event you are being attacked, fight just enough to get away, not to hurt.
I do not know the context of this situation and sadly will never believe anything the media says about it, but the guy looked like he put way to many knees in. whatever was happening, did not need that kind of violence.
The Police Force must begin to stand with the Citizens. There are some horrible examples of bad Policing towards our citizens, but the Citizens must never stoop as low as those Police Officers.
