Yes it is too cheap. While a fair price would probably be around $9.50 that's not the point. Long term investors are in this for its stability and its position as a quasi monopoly essential service. Even if the price were better it would be unwise to sell an asset of this quality. We will be looking carefully at what has motivated the board to adopt a position in favour of a sale at a point where the market price is Covid affected, but the underlying strength of the asset remains extraordinary.
Please vote against the offer when the time comes.
