Contrary to popular belief, the small parcel are normally held by large companies who don't have to pay brokerage. Lets face it, why would you sell 50 share @ $2 if you are going be charged $20 (20%) fees to sell the parcel.
I have a great plan for small undersized parcels. This is not the right place for that conversation though.
