Agreed. Nobody is talking about POS making a play for ESR. In fact, you were suggesting the exact opposite. Talk about confused messaging.

ESR (per its recent preso which you cited and I have also read) is only talking about potentially selling its ore for toll concentrating. In that context POS would be the "nearby processing hub" "customer", mostly likely purchasing ESR's ore under a OTCPA (Ore Treatment Concentrate Purchase Agreement).

You appear to have somehow confused the concept of one company (ESR) undertaking a corportate take-over of another (POS) with the much more likely and mundane future potential of a commercial sale arrangement of ore from ESR (which has zero processing capacity) to POS (which will have excess processing capacity).
