Rubbish.
-material slip ups in investor presentations (which the market had not yet been informed)
A media slip-up, didn't break the Corps Act in any way.
-changes in key management personnel which were casually slipped to the market
Nothing in the Corps Act or ASX listing rules broken.
-quarterly targets in their control are not always met
Happens with every company under the Sun to some extent.
-taking on additional responsibility - board member of another listed (not necessarily a bad thing)
Absolutely commonplace.
