You somehow forgot to mention the other more important fact where the rollout was with great assistance from government grant and there were virtually no uptake before the grant happened in Australia. Even with the grant only 40% of the market eventually signed up after the 18 months rollout period which included the 6 months extension due to COVID-19 but the uptake were already very slow well before COVID-19.
More than 50% signed up in the last quarter of the deadline tells you something as well, along with the fact that the global uptake has been like tracking like the uptake in Australia when there were no government grant......non existence and that's with Australian RCA familiar with APS........But hey, don't let the facts get in the way of an emotive narrative.
