They’re unlikely to get 40x - I just hope LD/PG don’t do something dumb like knock back reasonable offers and hold out for something unrealistic - they need to have some humility like the APT execs and know they’re better off taking a good offer than being left sitting alone on the bench whilst everyone else dances...
20x FY 2022 revenue of say $700m is a market cap of $14bln - I would sign that deal so fast the pen would break in two haha
