Looks like another PIL "Dream time story to me" - great vision - fulfilment of process will be the issue here I suspect. Technically out of their depth I suspect - could be wrong .... .

Just wondering how the the reporting of progress will go ...or the market updates.
PIL have a very poor record of reporting progress in any meaningful or transparent manner .
Just a had a quick look at the tread .... many contributors have dropped off
Cant imagine why
