Safferman, with the impending dilution, there is no such thing as a lower entry price, as every time it goes down the dilution will be greater, the death spiral everyone has been talking about. Until the announcement, this was not in effect, but now we are experiencing just that, there was actually a massive amount of news in the announcement, maybe you just have to read between the lines to see it, but it's definitely there.

Therefore, my position is not to buy again until either a) an announcement comes out with the details of the deal which limits dilution, in which case my preferred entry is likely to be BEPPA not BBI shares, but depends on the numbers, or b) after everyone has been diluted.

It's likely that once the deal has been done and risk eliminated, the price will rise closer, proportionally, to the net asset value per share. The assets are quality and have alot of growth potential, so it could be a good investment later on.
