Same points that AFR mentioned regarding shoddy accounting with the view that the stock is still rather expensive at $3.75 but stopped short of calling it overpriced.
In their view, the earnings guidance is plausible and investors may get lucky with a big contract win, but even that comes with its set of risks including cap raising to fund expansion.
While they didn't explicitly state a recommendation the vibe was basically don't buy unless you're looking to gamble.
