my charts show a rise in sp is on the way

I use a somwhat older type of swing charting mentiond in the 1970's and it shows that a rise has started which could have further to travel to the upside.Rises can be complicated by the way.
It is also good and safer for the majority and for non-insiders in my opinion to trade in these stocks which have good assets and substantial SENSIBLY upside potential rather than the pump and dump fly by nite type of stock, or those with risky asset positions a long way away from production and positive cash flow.Positive cash flow is very important in my opinion as it enables this stock to expand it's horizons for example Vietnam drilling and and other venture's' it may deem prudent in its wisdom.Good management is also vital and I remember Josh Pitt for example from years back and he is a clever fellow,{Thunderbox and Scuddles , both were taken over} and I would say that he would not be there unless this company had legs
The closing Price yesterday was at the 38.2% retracement level with a nice looking Bullish thrust bar present.
