They have been on my watch-list for ages. Never took the plunge.
Not sure what to make of it. 50% of the project/profits given away. Strikes me that it will lose potential investors, similar to LPI. People don't research diligently these days...They look at headline numbers. First thing they will see is they only have a 50% interest in the project. I don't think its a good thing. I will most likely be proven wrong though! The market is a strange beast.
