INR needed up for $500m to fully develop this opportunity... where would they get that from? how long would it take?
They're a junior miner that has struck "lithium gold" and they are in the right place at the right time.
Smart deal considering they need US partners with some muscle and need to accelerate the mine to take advantage of the current market.
Too many bean counters worried about the small change... this repositions INR as a major player in the US market within a couple of months, not years ... exactly where we wanted to be.
