Pretty sure it is the same as the Calix arrangement. It has been done in collaboration so if someone uses the BMX platform to auction material, both PLS and GXL get a fee or royalty payment. If it is a PLS only auction then PLS pay GLX a fee. I believe the same will apply if the PLS/Calix plant becomes a goer, that is we pay them x% per tonne produced and if other spod miners use it then PLS and CLX get X % pe rtonne.
So we jointly own the BMX platform with GLX, and jointly own the patent for the spod Calix process with Calix.
Thats what I got from the respective initial announcements anyway.
