You're bang on imo, thats the only strategy.
Apparently Delphi have sunk 100m into WA projects and counting. we can't out bid them or strategise around them. All you can do is buy/hold and wait until they push the other direction.
Could be a few specific holders they are trying to shake... as no one likes a retailer holder having millions of shares in a 1billion dollar co..... and it wasn't long ago mum and dad were buying at 6c
