GR,tls's tech division is now murud,murud has joined other Australian technology private equity co's. As posted there r plenty of technology developments for murud to invest in. The question is first murud requires someone of the calibre of that tls venures guy. The other issue is murud needs to operate autonomously from tls's control,but accountable to tls ie profit ie no profit ceo of murud is sacked. The incentive must be provided ,i would try to get the tls ventures guy,provide the incentive as in shares of murud and tell him his budget. As posted for tls to become more agile it must be restructure as posted fixed,mobile,health,murud etc etc and each ceo accountable. The new subs are an excellent decision,but i don't believe they will be relying on telcos the military has its allocation of rf frequencies etc but obviously if security is not required they use telco services ie the recent optus agreement. .
