I see :)

All the panic, display of agitated emotions, frustrations, accusations, and whinging in general, has been silenced by a very strong support that hasn't gone unnoticed in the mainstream media. It almost looks like some shareholders (in particular those sooks present on HC online boards) are unhappy with the market's reaction not because there is a solid support building behind their beloved ELD but rather because the SP did not collapse further or under 15 cents.

It is a very grotesque world we live in :)

MJ has been labeled as the banker's gimp not that long ago (yesterday), while investing in ELD was seen almost as the same thing as punting at Crown.

I reckon the most vocal shareholders against the latest resolution and debt reduction (by mere $1bl) are/were those that have a minor interest in ELD or those that paid top dollar when they decided to entered this "rural" club.

On the brighter side, "the sharks" have decided to rescue this 170 yo codger by splashing over half of billion on the deal that the gimp gladly signed (and got a lolly pop for it). Perhaps, if the money has not been invested in ELD, the boys would have paid themselves bonuses or something :)

Geeeee, they could have done that, couldn't they?

The very next day and from the most elite panzer division along comes Deutsche Bank slapping its "yellow patch" on ELD's shoulder screaming - 25, next!

Now, that must have really pissed someone off. Lemmings? Perhaps!

So, where to from here?

The mob that was ready to put Robespierre's head on the ever available guillotine has perhaps gone to their think thank HQ where they will be gathering new strength for the final showdown at the EGM corral, arguing how they have been ripped off and stooged by no other than the master stooge (as they claim) himself. Ouch!

On the other side of the spectrum, happy chappy true blue ELD investors will, as it seems, support the plan (or ploy), being prepared to side with the sharks, then wait a few months and score yet another killing, this time with the big boys.

Predictable?

Very much so but what would we know, anyway. As Frank Zappa once said - "We are in it only for the money!"
