I hold PEN. My price target for 2012, based on their USA production goals, excluding the South African uranium, is 30 cents.
So currently the PEN price is not expensive.
At 5 cents, the gain is 183% a year over 3 years.
Plus there is the S African uranium to be drilled and proved up if successful.
PEN is doing OK for now. It is not too expensive or too cheap.
