IMO one last flush by the shorters setting themselves up for the buy back next week. Perfect time to do it.....sentiment at all time lows (as evidenced on our threads), doubt and worry at a high. Friday is the perfect day to crater price as people have two days to worry further. Will likely bring volume on Monday on the sell side and give them some liquidity to start covering.
When we rallied two weeks ago to $2.10, almost a million shares borrowed on the day on no news! They were never going to let the price get away on them. About 9 trading days to close out positions if FDA take the 30 days. 9mn+ shares shorted.
Pure speculation (could be wrong) but will be watching the volumes next week with interest.
