Ann: Extension of Exclusivity Period, page-7

Bird in the hand. I was hoping for another counter offer, or iCar to try to push the price to 60. Not going to happen now, it willl be 55.
So after few years I have just slight more than doubled my money, I don't need to wait for another 3-4 months for a few more $$, so I sell on market.
Money will be put to use elsewhere, for another stock that I think will pop within 3-4months.
This was more of thanks and good bye post to the regulars.
