surely this is what Oncard should be looking to move towards for China.......OneCard that acts as an individuals Credit/Debit/Payment Card.....they should be able to book stuff online, buy tickets in the street, use the subway, buy food at the supermarket......all with OneCard.

Would be a huge market if they pulled it off, with BilltoBill, their card technology and the banking switching system, you wouldn't think it would be that difficult.
