100-1 dilution is not uncommon.
A shell does have some value, however with the economic decline of the last couple of years there are plenty of shells around to choose from. So the shell might not be worth as much as it was a couple of years back. Think they would be very lucky to sell the shell. I guess if they have some contacts to make it happen. The main reason a company backdoors is to bypass the stringent requirements of listing.
Why would you say the IP is not of value to Clay as a standalone asset? It's all about the software, not the hardware.
