@wombat777, if we do the math with respect to FTO, I would suggest that Zantrene is inferrably at Phase 2 for Pillar 1. We know that dosage levels at anthracene levels are tolerable and safe from previous trials, including certain trials where dosage levels were of similar levels as would be intended for Zantrene's use as an FTO inhibitor, but I'm unsure if the length of treatment as an FTO inhibitor would be longer/shorter than previous trials.

@RaceOncology, not sure if this is price sensitive information, but do we know the appropriate period over which a patient would be dosed daily with Zantrene as an FTO inhibitor, (ie. how many days and at what dosage levels?) I imagine that this would also be dependent on the size/stage of the cancer as well, but do we know if this level of cumulative dosage would be greater than compared to when it was previously used as an anthracycline?

Assuming that Zantrene FTO Inhibitor cumulative dosage is less than cumulative dosage when using Zantrene as an anthracene, I'd feel quite confident that Phase 1 dosing should not be a concern. As such, it will really come down to efficacy (Phase 2), which again, I'd be quietly confident about, given the clues from previous low dosage trials. But the proof will be in the pudding when we finally see the data.

@Mason14, feel free to add your two cents as well here! Would you view Zantrene - Pillar 1 as Phase 2/3? Or would you view it's Phase based on some other collective measure encompassing all three pillars?
