Current management seem incapable of creating a plan to progress Mt Lindsay. This is what a new leader could do, plus bring some fresh thinking & cut costs wherever possible. Even if they announced it, the market would probably welcome some extra expertise. I'd feel a lot better if they could lay out a high-level road map.
