If APAIC os is good ,perhaps ,that’ provides enough justification for the Merck board to offer IMM a huge outliscensing deal for the lag3 immunology platform.I don’t think Merck can afford not to do so.The longer they hold off the more they pay,it’s just a matter of both IMM and Merck agreeing on a price that both parties shareholders and boards feel comfortable with.It’s a win ,win
