a call that was
1. totally unnecessary because it would have happened anyway 2. absolutely atrocious manners on display because he should have spoken with outers first 3. A DIPLOMATIC AND STRAGIC COCKUP OF MASSIVE PROPORTION - where any grade one leader and diplomat could have won a bazillion browie points with China AND STILL MET THE OBJECTIVES - instead - he made an enemy
4. then, when all foreign leaders read what he said and their jaw hits the floor - the idiot has to go chasing around the planet desperately trying to coerce people into signing up for it
