Looking at the Hourly. You're chances are slim. It's bounced off 18.5 multiple times. You can also see 18.75 accumilation or People paying "market Price
Daily Chart is showing it either has a little more push into it or a few more days of accumilation before it breaches the "Upper trend-line" and closes above 20c in which it would become the new floor.
How many times does it have to be mentioned? This is a "Buy & HOLD" chart. Traders lose significant gains by selling and end up buying back in a few pips below
