Mohammed Choucair was brought on in 2017 as CEO because he is an advanced material and graphene expert.The idea initially was his expertise would help value ad to the Campoona graphite project.But, over several years, the advanced materials strategy outpaced the exploration strategy, leading to inevitable questions regarding business priorities and how the company defined itself.
They decided to move away from the exploration side of things and concentrate on advanced materials, 12CQ etc. A very good idea IMO.
