More competitors include Creative Hampers, which according to Google has closed its premises in Springvale, Victoria - perhaps it operates from homes to save rental and other costs - but it's only ranked at a 'low' (i.e. fewer viewings) worldwide #1937950, and hasn't been given a separate Australian popularity ranking by Alexa.
BoxT is based in Balcatta (Perth), Western Australia so it would have many problems in delivering quickly to east coast Australian, or South Australian, clients as Australia Post's limited freighter aircraft are extremely busy, and there's hardly any passenger flights to/from Perth thanks to 'Mad Mark' McGowan turning WA into a hermit state.
BoxT is ranked at #6538 for Australian-domiciled website visits while worldwide it's at #461878, so well below HwB.
