New Director Appointments
Cape Range Wireless Limited (CAG) is pleased to announce that Mr Joe Cornelius has been appointed as the Managing Director and Mr Wayne Johnson has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director to the Board of CAG. Their appointments are effective immediately. Messrs Cornelius and Johnson have a wealth of knowledge of the equities market and substantial hands on experience with ASX listed entities. The new board members will greatly strengthen CAG’s market position via aggressive acquisition(s) of new projects and capital growth. CAG’s new Board is well networked both within Australia and internationally for corporate transactions.
Director Resignations
As part of these corporate changes, Messrs Donald Low and Mr Sean Henbury will resign as Directors of the company. Their resignations are effective immediately. Sean will however remain as the Company Secretary. The Company would like to thank them for their contribution as directors of the Company.
