Unfortunate timing with this announcement on a day that opened 1.3% in the red. If you believe in VML there's no reason to panic, I'm sure the longer holders are used to this volatility. We'll have to wait and see what happens with the shares in escrow but if you're planning to hold for a while it shouldn't matter. If we go up, great. If we go down, chances to buy more.
Just hold and be patient.
