Anirban was talking in the podcast about raising capital at the money, not at a 20% discount.
There's now millions of dollars worth of stock that needs to churn through and be absorbed by the market, much of it probably gone to people who want to flip it.
Already down about 20% and the new stock hasn't even hit the market yet according to this article.
