    Apart from the lackluster share price, one of the most frustrating things with CTP is there disregard for achieving what they say they'll do.

    The 25May2021 announcement which the subject announcement quotes states "The transaction is expected to complete in Q3 2021...".

    Based on approvals now reached it would probably have been easy to have the transaction complete on 30Sep2021, therein making the commitment. But no, out it slips to Q4 2021.

    Am I being picky? Perhaps, but am getting very tired of the broken promises and slipped schedules, all slowly basting in a low share price going nowhere.
