I'll give you a reason why they may not have converted. Timing is everything at the top level in small companies aspiring to becoame a big company like MCO.

I don't know what's going on but I know that Nick Garling is a bloody intelligent fellow and to bring in GSE a
couple of weeks ago was a great strategic move. Who knows how many great strategic moves Nick has up his sleave. It seems that someone is buying up this week so maybe thats an indicator.

Now, had Nick and Max converted some or even half of there options earlier, the share price would be at a guess 0.35+. Perhaps there would not be enough incentive for players like GSE to come in. Its very good to get strategic partners into this as well, and by the sounds of Robs news GSE might not be the only ones.

When the Garlings do convert, we can expect fireworks and Nick can time that to best suit himself and MCO.

Everyone including the directors of this company can convert the options into full shares whenever they see is the best strategic time before 31-03-2010.

I'm very pleased so many people are converting, and I intend to convert my first lot next week. I think the more money the company has in its bank account the better.

I think we should expect to hear from the company fairly soon. Its been fairly quiet lately, so I think they have been busy beavers. I'm thinking that they would have enough info for a good update. Just their exploration plans for this summer would be good, but they haven't really released anything about there mining yet either, so we can expect a good one
