I think the deal is based on expectation of large underdeveloped land Which charterhall can and think they can add value
also the rent reported is said to be way below market rent and they are expecting large rent increases, given the booming economy I would say it’s likely
most rent reviews are linked to CPI so given the expected high inflation figures again a good sign
it’s not the deal of the century but what do you expect in this market ?
