Okay fair enough for the CPO scenario if that was the case. Why then didn't they pick up on the HNR scenario today even if no group was involved? See the amount of shares and value along with the price hike before halted. Surely those policing this would have programs picking up on this earlier than HNR'S run before it was halted???
