All sides have clearly articulated their respective cases, now it’s up to the jury of shareholders to decide who is “right”.

I have been accumulating more and it’s clear that with Priyank 90% payout dividends are here to stay whereas with Mende it’s more about Capital growth via acquisitions (plus dividends).

I am concerned about the conflicts of interest as outlined by Priyank but also understand the concerns noted by Mende that there’s been negative SP performance since IPO and a clear underperformance against the metals market.

Interesting times, but I have been buying more as the underlying asset is just so good for decades. With Priyank I know what to expect, but with Mende… hmm, a tad uncertain…
