    I think the ASX has done its homework by not allowing a suspension. It forces BBI to get on with it.

    SPARCS holder only convert to BBI ords at the VWAP if they file a conversion notice to do so. Otherwise they would simply rollover. CI may ask the holders to rollover anyway, but will need a meeting to force everyone to do so.
