Not sure what you complaining about. This is an important step for construction I would have thought - don't you need Plant & Equipment?? The contracts been signed and its not a MOU......
Next step financing, with financiers doing their due diligence. This will take a bit of time considering the euros at play. This in my view is the next share price driver
I know the pace of progress is frustrating, but the reality is production isn't forecasted to start for a few more years.....
I'd like to know what your expectations are over the next 6-12 months?
