I know what you mean when you say "nothing wrong with this", but the thing that actually is wrong with this is the implication the company does not have the provision to pay back the loan currently and will be adding an additional half million in interest by extending it.
Was not a fan of this arrangement at the beginning and this is an extra 500k kick in the pants, that yes, looking at it cynically, is going to Topwei who could in theory use it to buy additional shares... So yeah, it stinks IMO.
