What it all points to is a company you can't trust.
1. Micheal and Hulme, 2 lawyers so much more experienced than me or you. Quoted numerous times that the MR would be granted in 2019.
2. Ryan holds a position of trust in the company and he with a 5 year ban from ASIC for insider trading has no credibility, worse than none.
3. To simply say this appeal won't stand up because Hulme says so, well go back to his 2018 & 2019 recordings
Look I again am just trying to take a balanced approach based off history. I don't believe anything they say on face value as it's proven time and time again to be wrong. History, and it's all there if you look is on my side.
