I did my own research and found their website.

These are work vehicles. Its range is 70 to 80km (open carrier). With weight, its range would be a lot less.
There is no way, any work person, would leave his vehicle to be charged 3 to 4 hours.
He would lose a lot of money during the work day.
I will wait for clarifications on these issues.
