Trouble is it is not balanced. The guy was banned for 5 years...so what..the 5 years is up...give the guy a chance.
I have no doubt Far East capital have clients and would have been recommending the stock last week and their report was dated 18 Sep, maybe released to their paying clients a little earlier.
I doubt anything is going on insider wise, I think the price is being kept down to get shares cheap before more positive announcements come along. I nyself with 12 million shares could manipulate the share price if I wanted to and totally legal.
