You have to give the board credit here.
At least this time they are ahead of the game , providing for the increasing number of shareholders with an unmarketable number of shares.

I had hopes for this board , reorganisations, settlement of litigation , heartfelt mea culpas , with a partial restoration of AMP's reputation as a boring , but nice, company.
Even if that reputation was a mirage.
