To answer your questions:
FEX has a lot more cash then me (and I suspect you).
By paying a dividend I'd say they distributed some of that cash back to us holders so they are a little lighter currently.
The forecast for the next 12 months - there will be some rain, some hot weather some snow and a couple of cyclones with a hedge thrown in for good measure for 45% production.
Shares are absolutely worthless - at least to you as you don't have any.
