As Charlie Munger says "show me the incentive scheme and I will tell you the results" - it would appear that we are not going to see much revenue until EoY CY/2022 and then only US$1m. It would appear that the prospect is potentially a T/O given the "president's" background. I guess the main development operation will be in the USA and Ian Mann looking after the Australian end of the business overseen by James Walker (being in the USA will make it difficult to manage he Australian end due to time zone differences). It would now seem that BLG is now destined to become a US operation which IMO is probably inevitable but no reason why "research/development" cannot stay in Australia.
