I think this is what you are asking;
If Spacelink raised $480m for a 48% stake then the JV would be valued at $1bil, with EOS remaining 52% share being worth $520m for arguments sake.
A recent Australian example is CXL's CO2 business (LEILAC Group) raising $24.5m for a 6.98% stake.
