Actually this depends on how IM3 lists.
Direct listing: no shares are created. Existing shareholders simply can start selling their units to the public if they want to. No special ceremony like hitting the bell, and US investors/traders will just gradually discover the share and price adjustments happen gradually.
IPO-style listing: shares are created on IM3 side in order to raise capital for post-listing growth plans. Share dilution does occur but the post IPO opening price jump generally makes up for this as there's more attention on then when they go public.
both NASDAQ and NYSE offer both types of listing though with various prerequisites on shareholders, existing capital and assets to be eligible.
